How do I pay for my activities?
It's simple and easy: you can pay using your credit or debit card (we accept all major cards and won’t charge you for paying this way). Alternatively, you can book your activities over the phone by calling 08448 266 200.
Will I have to pay in full at the time I book my activities?
Yes, we do ask you to pay in full to secure your place on an activity or event.
Why do you not save my payment details?
Keeping your personal information safe and secure is one of our top priorities. So to ensure that your details aren't accessed by anyone else, we don’t save your payment details when you enter them.

I placed an activity in my 'shopping basket' but it's disappeared, why?
When you put events and activities in your basket they’re reserved for 2 hours only. After that time they’ll disappear from view and you’ll have to reselect them.
We do this to make sure as many people as possible get the chance to book the activity or event they want.
